How do I track my order?
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.
You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account
What are your delivery options?
Standard delivery (Price here) :
We will deliver your purchase within 2-3 days after receiving your order confirmation. We will deliver 7 days a week, except Bank Holidays.
Pick-up in store (That's Free) :
You can also use our Click & Collect service, just select Pick-up in store in the checkout. You will receive confirmation by text message and email. Remember to bring your ID and your Pick-up code as we are not able to hand over your parcel without it.
Pick-up in store is available in selected stores in Europe. If your area is applicable for the Click & Collect service, you can search for the closest location in the checkout by typing in your postal code. Please note that Pick-up in store is not available for parcels larger than 700x500x600mm.
During high season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer and some delivery options might not be available.
In some cases, we ship your order in two parcels. There is, however, no extra charge if your order is shipped this way, but this may mean that we can not Always offer you all of our delivery methods.
Do you provide International delivery?
As far as we know, yes we do. We Don't had any problem before about making an international delivery, If we have any problem to send you due to transportation restriction, you will be refund without discussion.
How do I return an item?
You always have the right to withdraw from your order within 28 days, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is counted from the day of the delivery of the last good(s) in your order. All our parcels contain a return form to use when you send items back. Fill in the return form using the code that best explains the reason for your return, and place this, together with the item(s) you wish to return in the parcel your order arrived in.

Please note that our Return policy may differ for Designer and Special collections when returning online purchases in store.
You are always welcome to return items within 28 days to our store in Toulouse, France (Adress Here), All returns in store are free.
Items purchased in store must be returned to store.
How will I be refunded?
Your balance will be refunded within 14 days after you returned the items.
Your refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase.
If you have paid by credit or debit card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used.
If you have paid with PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account.
Visit My Account to check the status of your returns and the amount owed to you. Returns are free if the prepaid label is used.
Return made in store:
You will be refunded to the same payment method you used to make the purchase. You can also exchange in store up to the amount of the returned items, but only if you paid by credit/debit card, gift card or a combination of the two. You will need to pay the difference should the exchange exceed the amount of the return items.
The delivery fee will be refunded when a complete order is returned. Please allow up to 14 days for your transaction to process.
